**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader/Manager to join our national team of Occupational Therapists. Based in Gosford on the Central Coast of Australia, you will be part of our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various disabilities.

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented group of clinicians, forming strong bonds with clients and celebrating their achievements. Your responsibilities will include supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery, delivering training and supervision, completing quality assurance report reviews, and attending appointments to provide support and training.

You will also be responsible for developing high-quality clinical services and assessments, as well as creating well-written reports and management plans that incorporate effective strategies and interventions. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or offices.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • Relevant clearances for client-facing roles
