The Venue

Infinity at Sydney Tower is a new venue in Sydney Tower. Offering a modern fine dining experience with uninterrupted revolving views of the city, Sydney Tower provides the perfect relaxed dining environment for locals and visitors alike.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Pastry Chef to join the kitchen team. We are looking for an outstanding individual who has had experience working in a fast-paced kitchen and delivering high-quality pastries and desserts.

About You

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role in a professional environment
  • Able to work 5 days per week – on a rotating roster
  • Loves desserts and modern pastry
  • Has worked in a high-volume à la carte restaurant with similar standards focused on quality food production
  • Is a positive leader with the ability to lead by example
  • Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
  • Has immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • Has a strong understanding of food and labour cost controls
  • Has a sound knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, Par levels, stock control, ordering, Stock taking
