Senior Commercial Property Analyst

JLL is a global leader in commercial properties across various asset classes.
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to play a critical role in conducting due diligence and financial analysis of commercial properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct detailed due diligence of commercial properties.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine property value and return metrics.
Utilise financial modelling skills, including discounted cash flow valuation techniques.
Conduct financial, tenancy, and lease analysis for commercial properties.
Manage campaign preparation processes and respond to due diligence queries promptly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Property or similar based Degree is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Previous experience in the commercial property industry is preferred.
- Competency in Estate Master and/or similar feasibility programs is a plus.
- Valuations experience will be viewed favourably.
