This is an exciting opportunity to join our early learning team as a dedicated and passionate educator.

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience working with children aged 0-5 years, who can provide a high-quality education and care environment that fosters growth and development.

Job Description

The role of Assistant Educator involves working closely with the centre's leadership team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children.

Your role will also involve building strong relationships with families and other educators, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services, approved by ACECQA
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
