Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of transition services in an employment region.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Transition to Work Manager to ensure compliance with Deed requirements and achieve performance measures.

As second-in-charge, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals responsible for delivering transition services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

1. Leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

2. Strong communication skills to ensure compliance with Deed requirements and guidelines.

3. Ability to mentor Youth Job Coaches as needed.

4. Capacity to develop and maintain regional plans to meet DEWR TtW Performance requirements.

5. Expertise in delivering service interactions that align with values, code of conduct, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a current TtW Employment and Education Regional Plan, working closely with Customer Activation Manager and Regional Account Manager.

Ensure effective delivery of the Workskil Australia TtW Service Model.

Design strategies and programs to generate suitable education and employment opportunities for participants.

Collaborate with RTOs and educational institutions to provide value-added services.

Deliver group-based sessions and training to participants, including Great Futures and Job Search.

Engage with employers directly to advocate work exposure activities or vacancies for participants.

Oversee the delivery of Youth Advisory Sessions for Digital Employment Service referrals.

Work closely with schools and community organizations to generate Group 2 direct registrations into the program.

Ensure administration requirements and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

A minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development is required. Holding a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
