We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Development Finance Manager to join our team at CrowdProperty Australia. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in overseeing daily activities and growth in our borrower team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct our borrower team, working closely with our existing Property Director and Property Developer Managers.
- Oversee the end-to-end lending process, from originating projects to completion and payback of loans.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including borrowers, third-party professional services, and the wider CrowdProperty team.
Requirements:
- Experience in property development finance, quantity surveying, property valuations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to read and prepare feasibility studies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft presentation decks and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and network with property developers, consultants, and other professionals to grow the CrowdProperty brand.
