  • Project manage and deliver WHS proposals and advisory engagements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive health and safety support, conduct thorough audits, and offer training and advice to clients to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Assist in marketing and business development activities to expand our reach and promote our services.
  • Draft high-quality proposals, reports, and other key project deliverables that meet the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and potential clients on relevant matters, building strong relationships and trust.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Solid WHS management and/or consulting experience with some Worker's Compensation experience under your belt.
  • Prior exposure to a wide variety of workplaces, which will serve as an asset in adapting to diverse client needs.
  • Experience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks, strategies, procedures, and processes that drive continuous improvement.
  • A formal tertiary-level qualification in WHS, Mental Health, Psychology, or associated degrees, which will demonstrate your expertise in the field.
  • Accredited/Certified Auditor in ISO 45001/ISO 45003, showcasing your commitment to excellence and industry recognition.
  • A strong relationship manager who can engage effectively with our team members and stakeholders alike.
  • The ability to present complex messages skillfully using various media methods, driving home key points and facilitating understanding.
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
