  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage diaries to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Prepare and submit applications to product providers and fund managers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and investment data.

Requirements

 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning principles and practices.
