- Passion for delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings and manage diaries to maintain efficient workflows.
- Prepare and submit applications to product providers and fund managers.
- Maintain accurate client records and investment data.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning principles and practices.
