Change Management Expert

The successful Change Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives across our organization, including a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and align people and processes to deliver lasting organizational impact.

As a key member of our Program Delivery Team, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition and stakeholder alignment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure end-user readiness and confidence.
  • Monitor and evaluate enterprise-wide initiatives, measuring success against organizational goals and performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective engagement plans.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure end-user readiness and confidence.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Organizational Psychology).
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a similar industry or function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
