Job Title: Change Manager

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the change strategy for strategic initiatives. This will include a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout.

  • Applying various change management methodologies across complex projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment
  • In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their integration across organisational workflows with hands-on experience supporting successful system adoptions
  • Designing and implementing effective training programs in collaboration with implementation partners to ensure end-user readiness and confidence
  • Monitoring and evaluating enterprise-wide initiatives measuring success against organisational goals and performance benchmarks
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement empowering teams to embrace change and overcome resistance
