Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the acquisition and execution of project(s). The ideal candidate will have experience in complex projects delivering a capability to defence. They will lead a dynamic team of experienced engineers, technicians, and logisticians.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new role in an expanding organisation with a focus on delivery.

About the Role

The key focus of the Project Manager is to deliver high-value, multi-year programs with multiple subcontractors and international supply chains.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and management of a highly motivated team
  • Strategic planning and execution of project goals
  • Guidance and support to CASG and prime customer
  • Promotion of continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • 10 years' experience minimum as a Project Manager
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • A traceable history in delivery of a project
  • Experience working with primes and CASG
  • Ability to monitor and manage sub-contractors
  • Understanding of PM frameworks and defence standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business/budgetary experience
Security Clearance

Candidates must hold a current NV1 AGSVA issued clearance as a minimum.
