AUS Medtronic Australia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers, ensuring that their medical devices are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-house repair service and technical support to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals.

  • Offer technical advice and guidance to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals on product-related questions, issues, and problems.

  • Collaborate with sales personnel to provide technical data and support for product demonstrations.

  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience, or a Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Vocational certificate with 4 years of relevant experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical services is preferred.

  • Relevant experience in repairing and servicing medical devices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
