Skilled Vehicle Repair Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team in providing quality and cost-effective vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong workmanship skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to working safely.
About the Role:- Inspect and prepare vehicles for repair, ensuring all parts are correct and free from defects.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as required, labelling and storing parts correctly.
- Colour match and paint vehicles to manufacturer standards, using a colour library to ensure accuracy.
- Repair vehicles to OEM standards, following estimates and job sheets meticulously.
- Clean and maintain workshop areas, handling company tools and equipment with care.
- AQF Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Panel Beater, with a strong track record of quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- A commitment to working safely, adhering to OH&S policies and procedures.
