Broadcast Systems Specialist

As a Casual Broadcast Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining broadcast and IT systems ensuring smooth operations across the broadcast infrastructure.
You will provide technical assistance troubleshoot issues and collaborate with other technology teams to ensure optimal performance. A strong understanding of broadcast systems audio engineering and information technology is essential along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt technical support for broadcast and IT systems
- Managing incidents via service delivery ticketing systems
- Assisting other broadcast technology teams as needed
- Maintaining studio cleanliness and reporting any equipment faults
- Ensuring accurate playback of commercial material and reporting any discrepancies
We welcome applicants who are skilled and motivated with hands-on experience with radio broadcast systems and troubleshooting including radio telephone systems radio playout systems on-air audio systems and audio distribution via codecs. Solid knowledge of audio engineering principles and techniques is also required.
