As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business development and brand promotion efforts. You will assist in managing customer relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and contributing to overall sales performance.
This is a hands-on and varied role ideal for someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and motivated by customer success.
- Assist in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the company's CRM system and manage sales documentation.
- Coordinate product inquiries, order processing, and follow-up communications.
- Oversee and maintain the company website.
- Initiate digital marketing promotions on various platforms.
- Create contents and material for exhibitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting.
- Readiness to be exposed to various areas of business in a small organisation.
- A customer-focused mindset with a collaborative working style.
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and industry trends.
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or similar are preferred but not essential.
- 0–2 years' experience in similar sales / marketing role in industrial industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is highly regarded.
- Previous exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or automotive markets is advantageous.
