This role will play a pivotal part in the delivery of reward projects and cyclical activities, encompassing analysis and process improvement initiatives, benchmarking, remuneration review activities, workforce modelling, and budgeting. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Reward Governance & Performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration and communication of incentive plans and employee benefits, ensuring seamless integration with our Oracle system.
  • Conduct research and analysis into market practice, internal equity, and external competitiveness to deliver high-quality benchmarking services, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the People Experience team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within Oracle, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Support the preparation of committee and board materials, audit requests, and TPG's annual report, contributing to effective governance of the reward function.
Knowledge and Experience
  • A working knowledge of remuneration principles, performance management, and market analysis is essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience with data analysis, basic modelling, incentive plan administration, record keeping, and reporting will be highly valued.
  • A Reward Consultant/Analyst background, preferably in a fast-paced reward environment, is desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus attractive benefits including flexible hybrid working arrangements, 'Stay Connected Mobile' and NBN plans, and additional leave entitlements.
