Customer Service Professional and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and a passion for healthy living.

  • Assist the team to ensure seamless operations from a reception and administrative day-to-day perspective.
  • Process payments, schedule appointments, manage recall procedures, communicate with external partners and third-party payees.
  • Create, implement, and manage all aspects of marketing communication and social media for our wellness services.
  • Consistently uphold and promote the values and philosophies of the business, displaying a sincere passion for wellness.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
