Field Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our products are displayed and priced correctly in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and store staff
- Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, and presented in-store to meet sales and customer service targets
- Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives and support the implementation of new products and promotions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems
