Craft Supervisor

As a Craft Supervisor - Scaffolding, you will lead a team of skilled professionals on a project, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of scaffolding operations. Your expertise will ensure that the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with project policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that scaffolding operations are aligned with project schedules and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in scaffolding operations, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to scaffolding operations.
