About You:
  • Hold qualifications in Workplace, Health and Safety (Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or similar).
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of local legal requirements, particularly in the context of Rail Safety.
  • Initiative, drive, and resilience, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in the rail industry or a similar safety-critical environment, highlighting adaptability and expertise.
  • Solid grasp of safe working systems, rules, and procedures.
  • Strong ability to support and inspire teams, consistently achieving desired outcomes.
