Customer Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting the end-to-end banking needs of our customers? As a Personal Banker, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, to design solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests. This involves educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs, as well as guiding them through personalised lending solutions, by exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Adelaide. To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service by achieving sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you'll have proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to have experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry, although this is not essential. A drive for collaboration and eagerness to understand what makes us different are also crucial qualities we look for in our team members.
