Job Title: WA Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is a social enterprise in the Health sector. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who pays extra attention to detail and focuses on quality. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership skills, a valid driving license, and experience within the warehouse and distribution industry.

This role involves leading a small team, training on all levels of the business, including pick packing, resourcing, and planning. You will also be responsible for conducting quality checks on every shipping, meeting targets and deadlines, receiving and dispatching stock through ERP systems, and performing daily forklift operations and Pick Packing duties.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solution-driven mindset, and excellent time management skills. You will also need to be computer literate and have professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

  • Leading and developing a team

Requirements:

  • Prior Leadership skills
  • Valid DL required
  • Warehouse and distribution industry experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution driven mindset
  • Must be able to provide 2 current references
  • Extensive experience within a similar role
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes
  • Great time management skills
  • Computer literacy and professional phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
