About the Role
Daikin Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Kewdale, WA. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to take on a challenging role and be part of a world-leading organisation in air conditioning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, including experience in managing in-bound and out-bound stock, supervising warehouse teams, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all pick and pack orders are dispatched in a timely manner, assisting customers with pickups, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
About You
- Valid WA HR forklift license is essential.
- Certificate IV in Warehouse Operations or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of WH&S, warehousing techniques, and disciplines, including handling dangerous goods.
- Experience with SAP, Manhattan would be an advantage.
