Position Summary:

  • As a Lobby Lounge Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction with the food and beverage experience.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to create unforgettable memories for our guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience, building strong relationships with existing and new guests.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, working collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.

About You:

  • An up-to-date RSA is required.
  • Experience working in a hotel setting is preferred.
  • Working rights in Australia are necessary.
  • You are enthusiastic to escalate your career and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess smart solutions and a can-do attitude, with experience in using point of sales systems.
  • 4 years of F&B/customer-facing service role experience is ideal.
  • You are able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with experience with Point of Sales and Operation.
