**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Expert to join our team as a Lobby Lounge Supervisor. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the lobby lounge, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
  • Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings.

**Requirements**

  • An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Experience working in a hotel setting is preferred.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in using point of sales systems.
  • 4 years F&B/customer-facing service role experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Point of Sales and Operations would be ideal.
