The Role:
As a Site Manager at Beaumont Tiles, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing contractors, overseeing project schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining budget constraints.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate project schedules and coordinate with installation teams
- Manage contractor relationships, including variations and on-site inspections
- Provide support to tiling and building supervisors
- Process tiler invoices and perform QA inspections
- Ensure administrative duties, including reporting, are completed efficiently
