Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Remediation Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling high volume inbound and outbound calls, navigating through different systems and accounts to investigate and calculate amounts being paid to customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and calculate amounts being paid to customers using various systems and accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Available during business-critical operating hours 8am to 6pm
  • Previous experience taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
  • Excellent communication skills
