Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in our Food and Beverage operations. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of hospitality professionals to provide exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
  • Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of Melbourne's food and beverage scene and industry trends
  • Current RSA certificate and willingness to obtain additional certifications
