We are seeking a skilled performance test lead with extensive experience in infrastructure design, configuration and non-functional testing practices such as performance, failover, disaster recovery, chaos and reliability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Test leader with proven expertise in performance testing and leadership skills.
  • Conduct load testing, performance testing, stress testing, volume testing using the LoadRunner Cloud tool.
  • Provide well-written documentation including performance test plans, performance test status reports and performance test summary reports to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies including performance testing with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab CI.
  • Performance testing experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in performance testing and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP.
