Ground Based Arborist Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable labourer to join our arborist team as an assistant. The role involves supporting our arborists and tree technicians in the execution of tree maintenance activities.

About the Job

You will play a key role in assisting with tasks such as tree felling, pruning, and planting. As a ground-based arborist assistant, you will work closely with experienced arborists to ensure the safe and efficient execution of projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision while still contributing to a team environment. You should have a strong work ethic and be physically fit to handle the demands of ground-based arborist duties.

You will also require:

  • A minimum 1 year's experience carrying out tree felling and maintenance practices
  • School Certificate or higher, or relevant working experience
  • WHS General Induction Certificate
  • A current NSW car driver's licence with a stable driving history
