  • Coordinate schedules, receive visitors, identify client needs and redirect calls.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute, book rooms and functions, provide support for conferences.
  • Organise travel and accommodation.
  • Advise on administrative procedures, provide word processing services and produce advanced documents.
  • Undertake work across regional services to support schools and the region.
  • Use spreadsheets, databases and assist in preparing communication materials.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system, monitor correspondence and records.
  • Disseminate information to office personnel, manage records management activities.
