About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our dynamic workspace. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and securing companies that match our space and community concept aspirations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the most effective strategies to find, qualify, and convert leads who are looking for office space or desks.
  • Organize business development opportunities such as marketing, online media, events, and partnerships.
  • Evaluate and improve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Represent the brand at external events.
  • Develop and manage engaging content-based programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to represent the business to clients and the community.
  • Contribute to ongoing refinement of systems and processes.
  • Chair regular client meetings and drive actions to completion.
  • Manage the on-site team effectively.
