Asset Lifecycle Manager

As a key player in our organisation, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of software assets across our complex ICT environment. This pivotal role involves ensuring adherence to regulations, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency through effective Software Asset Management (SAM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software asset visibility, usage, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
  • Develop and enforce SAM policies and standards using ITIL-aligned best practices.
  • Utilise ServiceNow (or similar tools) to track software assets, installations, and entitlements.
  • Provide compliance reports, support audits, and identify optimisation opportunities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in IT Asset Management within medium-large ICT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of major software vendor licensing models.
  • ServiceNow or similar tool expertise in asset tracking and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical reporting skills.
