Lead Consultant Job

We're seeking a Lead Consultant to lead testing efforts for data-related projects. This role involves ensuring data quality, reliability, and accuracy by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies.

About the Role:
  • Develop and document test plans, schedules, and strategies for data testing projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and define test cases.
  • Perform data validation, transformation, and reconciliation tests.
  • Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to verify the quality of ETL processes, data integration, and reporting solutions.
  • Validate data accuracy in source and target systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data testers, aligning with project goals.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT or Computer Science.
  • Strong experience in data testing, leadership capabilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions.
