**Key responsibilities include:**

  • Coordinating senior management forums and liaising with executives and their assistants to ensure effective consideration of significant issues.
  • Providing administrative support to the general counsel and other team members as required.
  • Supporting the risk and compliance manager in preparing and compiling reports for the audit, risk and compliance committee.

**Required skills and qualifications:**
