Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse international invoices and reconciliation data to identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial improvements and boost business performance.
  • Streamline operations by implementing process and system efficiencies, reducing costs and enhancing productivity.
  • Support the International Supply Chain and Finance teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable role within a retail organisation.
  • A background in supply chain management, preferably with exposure to international processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, identifying anomalies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
