At our company, we are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Customer Success Managers in achieving exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.">
  • Guiding your team to turn data insights into powerful brand storytelling, helping customers connect the dots between brand tracking and business growth.">
  • Building trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders and founders, enabling your team to deepen engagement, drive adoption, and unlock growth opportunities.">
  • Coaching your team to own retention and revenue outcomes, including renewals, upsells, and customer advocacy to maximise growth rates.">
  • Creating a culture of care, feedback, and accountability within your team - fostering a high-performing, values-driven environment.">
  • Tracking and elevating key customer success metrics, using data to guide decision-making, improve outcomes, and fuel team development.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A proven track record of success and progression in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within the SaaS industry.">
  • High standards, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills across diverse customer and stakeholder interactions.">
  • Experience managing successful teams of three or more people.">
  • Passion for brands and branding, ideally with experience in Brand/Marketing/MarTech.">
  • Thoughtfulness, kindness, empathy, collaboration, and a thirst for continuous learning.">
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and craft effective solutions.">
  • Experience with CRM and CS tools, particularly HubSpot and Vitally.">
