
Social Justice Centre Leader

We are seeking an experienced centre manager to lead the operational activities of our research centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the centre's core activities, working closely with senior leaders to ensure efficient delivery of our vision and objectives.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong management and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the centre's budget and ensuring that all administrative services are delivered effectively.
The centre manager will also participate in or conduct research in areas relevant to our programs of research under the supervision of the Director. As the administrative lead within the centre, you will engage with various stakeholders to execute the effective operations of the centre.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid option available. We offer a competitive salary range of $106,563 to $120,783 per annum, plus other benefits.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a research environment;
- High-level written communication skills, including the ability to prepare marketing content for external audiences;
- Demonstrated high-level administrative skills, including knowledge of financial administration and budget planning;
- Ability to connect with and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and the wider community;
