Customer Service Representative Job Description

This role involves providing excellent customer service to Defence members, handling a high volume of customers and maintaining accurate records.

About the role:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience in a retail environment.
  • Organise and control day-to-day workflow efficiently.
  • Assist with receipt and delivery of goods.

About you:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a similar field.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Candidate must hold a valid Driver's licence.
  • Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore, must be an Australian Citizen.
