THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established Sydney business with a big reputation for delivering landscape construction packages on some of NSW's largest commercial projects.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew in Sydney of 40-50 staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

They have a big emphasis on company culture and will only compliment the business with like-minded professionals in the landscaping industry.

They deliver work for a diverse range of clients, including Developers, Architects, Local Councils, Tier 1 Contractors and Government Bodies. Typical projects are valued from $200k - $10m, where they have a history of delivering sports facilities, public domain works, foreshores, open space parks and playgrounds.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

THE DUTIES
- Read and interpret plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
- Cost tracking and forecasting

BACKGROUND
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
