As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our colleagues under the guidance of our Injury Management Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in workplace health and safety.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for driving the operational delivery of our rehabilitation and return to work program. This will involve supporting the management of workers compensation and rehabilitation and return to work process, maintaining knowledge of different insurance schemes and relevant legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, implementing early intervention strategies to support injured team members in returning to work promptly.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Return-to-Work Coordinator or Workers Compensation Claims Manager.
  • Return to Work Coordinator certification or training.
  • Undergraduate Qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, or related Allied Health discipline.
