The Role

We are seeking a Year 10 student to join our team as a trainee, working towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

This traineeship involves working in one of our branches while completing certificate requirements such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing company values and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all certificate requirements
  • Processing sales and stock management
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high-standard workplace

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and able to maintain a neat workspace

You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
