  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising the business on contract administration and interpretation
  • Managing external counsel and identifying legal risks
  • Assisting in training delivery on contract interpretation and administration issues

Requirements:

An unrestricted practising certificate and 5-7 years PAE in construction law are essential for this position.

The successful candidate will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and may be required to travel interstate.
