Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating personalized experiences for each of our customers, working closely with stylists to achieve sales goals, and fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of high-end bridal gowns from international designers, providing expert advice and guidance to help each bride find her perfect dress. In addition to your sales skills, you will also be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail/Fashion or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years retail management experience, preferably in bridal sales or other apparel industry-related management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members for positive performance outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and adaptability skills.
