Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Senior Wedding Sales Expert to join our team. As the face of our wedding sales efforts, you will be responsible for leading the charge on wedding and social event sales, from initial inquiry to final event.

About the Role:
  • Manage the entire journey of weddings and social events, from initial contact to event day.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our wedding and social event space.
  • Collaborate with creatives, vendors, and internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, guest preferences, and what makes an event unforgettable.
  • Host and coordinate showcases and trade shows that highlight our offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of booked business, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer communication.
  • Apply knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in wedding and/or sales and marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated skills in adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making, with a drive to achieve results.
  • Able to think creatively and possess an open-minded personality.
