We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our neonatal intensive care unit team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll provide specialist nursing care to critically ill newborns and children, working in cutting-edge environments with state-of-the-art equipment.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team. You'll be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, fluids, and nutritional support, as well as collaborating with neonatologists, paediatricians, and allied professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized nursing care to neonates and critically ill infants
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, fluids, and nutritional support
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, paediatricians, and allied professionals
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Registration: AHPRA Registered Nurse (Australia), NCNZ Registered Nurse (New Zealand)
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in NICU, PICU, pediatrics, or maternity care
  • Postgraduate qualification in neonatal/paediatric nursing preferred
