Site Development Expert

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the site and project managers in ensuring successful site and project delivery.

About This Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a site development expert.
  • You will work closely with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to manage design development and ensure that design specifications are met.
  • Prepare project methodologies and construction programmes, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
  • Provide technical oversight during project delivery to ensure compliance with our systems and client requirements.
  • Assist with overseeing daily operations on-site to ensure construction activities align with project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship and material quality.
  • Identify and rectify any non-conformance issues or defects early in the construction process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
