Remedial Construction Expert Wanted

We are a specialist contractor with a strong reputation in the remedial construction sector.

We deliver high-quality projects across structural repairs, façades, waterproofing, and concrete restoration.

Our team works closely with building owners, strata, and engineers to provide lasting solutions and exceptional project outcomes.

  • Supervise all on-site works, trades, and subcontractors on remedial and refurbishment projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, and programme.
  • Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and access requirements.
  • Implement WHS policies and maintain a strong safety culture on-site.
  • Ensure workmanship and finishes meet required standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in remedial or refurbishment projects.

A strong knowledge of remedial works is essential.

You will be confident managing subcontractors and site staff.

A solid understanding of WHS, quality control, and construction processes is required.

Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are necessary for this role.
