This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing resident care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to our residents, while also contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in aged care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage resident care, including coordinating medical appointments, medication, and other related activities
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in aged care
