Workforce Strategist and Culture Ambassador

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking and effective communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Team management and training expertise.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a generalist HR practitioner.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Law, or Industrial Relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of human resources, industrial, and employment laws.
  • Interpersonal, consulting, coaching, and negotiating skills for effective liaison with staff at all levels.
  • Strong coaching abilities to drive positive culture and initiatives throughout the team.
  • Experience with HR software is highly regarded.
