Your skills and qualifications:
- Strategic thinking and effective communication skills.
- Proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
- Team management and training expertise.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a generalist HR practitioner.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Law, or Industrial Relations.
- Excellent knowledge of human resources, industrial, and employment laws.
- Interpersonal, consulting, coaching, and negotiating skills for effective liaison with staff at all levels.
- Strong coaching abilities to drive positive culture and initiatives throughout the team.
- Experience with HR software is highly regarded.
